Connecting gifted & talented children and youth to opportunities, resources, and recognition

Give SIG Students a Boost!

Give SIG Students a BoostHere at SIG, we believe that all gifted students, regardless of their financial situation, should be able to experience the academic rigor and enrichment that they deserve. We strive to provide as much scholarship funding as we possibly can so that these students may attend gifted and talented programs.

Through Booster.com, we are selling custom SIG apparel and collecting donations online. The profit from each item purchased will go toward SIG scholarships for gifted and talented students in need. If you are able, we encourage you to purchase one or more and show your support proudly.

International shipping is available!

With your help, we can sponsor many deserving, motivated children to participate in SIG programs. Help us reach our goal and support fellow gifted students.

NSGT Fall Development

The 2016 Person of SIGnificance, Shelagh Gallagher | National Society for the Gifted and Talented (NSGT)The Person of SIGnificance award was created by NSGT to honor a person who has made a significant impact on the type of education that characterizes SIG programs. This year’s Person of SIGnificance is being awarded to Dr. Shelagh A. Gallagher as we celebrate her contribution to high quality curriculum through her expertise in Problem-Based Learning. PBL has played a major role in the development and implementation of SIG programs over the years. Dr. Gallagher, among many other accolades, has received the National Association for Gifted Children Award for Article of the Year and is a four-time winner of the NAGC Curriculum Division award for exemplary curriculum.

This Person of SIGnificance award honors our partners and friends who work to help young people of limited financial resources become all that they are meant to be and desire to be. We invite you to participate in our Person of SIGnificance fall scholarship fundraising series of events that include:

Please join us in honoring Dr. Gallagher and her work as we seek to enrich the lives of gifted young people through scholarships to programs that uniquely fit their needs.

Make a Difference Today!

Here at SIG, we believe that all gifted students, regardless of their financial situation, should be able to experience the academic rigor and enrichment that they deserve. We strive to provide as much scholarship funding as we possibly can so that these students may attend gifted and talented programs.

If you’re as passionate about our cause as we are, it’d be amazing if you created a fundraiser to raise money for our scholarship fund or for yourself or someone you know to attend SIG next summer.

These sites make it super easy and fun, and your support is invaluable to our mission. Consider celebrating your next birthday by asking for donations instead of gifts; or run a marathon and ask your friends to sponsor you. We love getting donations, but there’s nothing better than when you go a step further and help raise money for those who need it from your network of friends. Lots of little donations really do add up. The power of the crowd is real.

Please create a fundraiser and help us make a real-life difference for this incredibly vital cause.
